Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains cancellation and refunds for AgroDealer software licences supplied by FortiqAI Technologies LLP. It sits alongside the Terms of Use; where they differ on fees, this policy controls.

1. Try before you pay

AgroDealer runs free for a 15-day trial from first installation, with no key and no payment. Please use the trial to confirm the software suits your shop and runs on your computer before you buy a licence.

2. What you pay for

  • A one-time installation and setup charge, covering installation on your computer, activation, and initial configuration.
  • An annual maintenance charge, covering software updates, support, data security, and daily encrypted cloud backup for online licences.

The exact amounts and the maintenance period are stated in your quotation / invoice.

3. Cancellation

You may stop using AgroDealer at any time. The annual maintenance charge does not renew automatically without your confirmation; if you choose not to renew, the software keeps working with your existing licence until its expiry, after which creating new records is blocked while your existing data stays readable (see Terms Section 3).

4. Refunds

  • Installation charge. Refundable in full if, within 7 days of payment, the software cannot be installed or activated on a supported Windows computer and our team is unable to resolve it. Once the software is installed, activated, and working, the installation charge is non-refundable, as it pays for a completed one-time service.
  • Annual maintenance charge. If you cancel within 30 days of payment and have not raised a support request in that period, we will refund the charge less a pro-rata amount for the days elapsed. After 30 days the annual charge is non-refundable for that year.
  • No refund is due where a licence has been terminated for breach of the Terms of Use (in particular licence tampering), or for a renewal you were reminded about and chose to pay.

5. How to request a refund

Email info@agrodealer.in from your registered address with your invoice number and the reason. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of approval. Bank or gateway charges, if any, are not refundable.

6. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
